Meet Brett

Hi, I’m Brett Brier, founder of Podium Investments. I am a Dallas- Fort Worth native who was raised in Mansfield and currently resides in Arlington. After attending Texas A&M University I began my career in sales and business development before starting my own business in Hard Money Lending. 

In my spare time I am a cycling enthusiast and enjoy running, rock climbing, and hiking.  Spending time with my wife, 3 children, and very adventurous border collie is where you can find me most weekends.

IS THERE A LOAN APPLICATION COST?

No. You will not pay Podium Investments anything until you get the loan.
 

IS THERE A PREPAYMENT PENALTY?

No. There are no penalties or fees for paying the loan off early.

WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTY WILL PODIUM INVESTMENTS LOAN ON?

All types, with one exception. We will not loan on owner occupied primary residence.

WHERE DOES PODIUM INVESTMENTS DO BUSINESS?

Dallas, Fort Worth, and all surrounding areas.

Do you require appraisals?

This is decided on an individual loan basis, but in most cases we can use the existing appraisal.
